At ZORA, each piece is produced in limited quantities with high attention to quality and detail. For this reason, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than an error on our part. Please review product details, colors, and photos carefully before purchasing.


If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at zorapickleball@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:


  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue



If approved, we will replace the item at no cost. (No refunds.)
